Peter Anderson Arts and Crafts Festival: The Largest Arts Festival In Mississippi And The Gulf Coast! Artists, Crafters And Food Vendors From All Over The United States! We Roll Rain Or Shine.

Situated in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs, this award winning festival showcases more than 400 artists, crafters and food vendor booths underneath the live oak trees and surrounded by hundreds of locally owned shops, restaurants and galleries. Live music, artist demonstrations and more are part of this fun, family weekend event.

Musical Entertainment:
This year’s musical entertainment will be spread throughout the festival venue. Look for the official “music” signs spaced throughout.

Demonstrations:
The artists of the Peter Anderson Arts and Crafts Festival are proud to showcase their works to hundreds of thousands of spectators. Many of the artists will be creating quite a show at their booths during the festival by demonstrating their works.  Artists can be seen painting, sculpting and even firing up some pottery.

Hands On Marine Education:
Hands on marine education area lead by the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory of the University of Southern Mississippi. Experience a variety of displays, artifacts, and hands on activities with marine education.

Young At Art:
Children’s art market for those age eight to 18. Young art entrepreneurs exhibit their one of a kind items for purchase on Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm on the grounds of the Walter Anderson Museum of Art. Shop with our young artists.
