To Honor Mr Bradford Freeman, The Town of Caledonia, Mississippi and The Caledonia Park Board have named The Walking Track of this beautiful town in Honor of Bradford Freeman.

Who was the last remaining member of the famed Band of Brothers in World War-2

Mr Freeman was a paratrooper of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division on February 5. 1944.

After the war, here turned to Caledonia,Mississippi and married to Willie Louise Gurley on June 29, 1947 and worked as a mail carrier for 32 years in Caledonia, Mississippi.

The City of Caledonia and his two daughters Mrs Beverly Freeman Bowles & Mrs Becky Freeman Clardy would like to ask to all the citizens of Caledonia, Columbus, West Point & Starkville, and surrounding cities in Mississippi for your support & donations to make possible for lighting the walking track that would help and allow more usage of the track for late night walks in a safer environment for many local families & citizens of this beautiful Town of Caledonia, Mississippi The goal it’s raise the amount of $186,200 dollars.
